The Environmental Health Foundation of Canada is a national, not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing environmental health in Canada and internationally through the development and implementation of education and research initiatives.


To develop and implement research into the field of environmental health as it relates to the protection of health of the public. To support individuals and groups through educational activities to initiate environmental health programmes to reduce health hazards in their own communities. To sponsor research, education activities and the implementation of environmental health programmes from funds obtained through donations provided by organizations, the business community, individuals and others.

Funds for the operation of projects implemented by the Environmental Health Foundation of Canada can be donated, bequeathed, given as a gift, or provided through a trust or an inheritance. All monies received are tax deductible and an official receipt for income tax purposes will be issued. 100% of donations are spent on the designated program activity. The EHFC tax registration number as a charitable organization is 87096 8377 RR0001.
